Veteran Forward Housing Services
Veteran Forward Housing is designed to support veterans transitioning from homelessness due to a variety of challenges, including financial hardship, medical conditions, or reintegration struggles. Our program offers:- Safe and supportive housing tailored to their needs.
- Homes equipped with ADA-compliant facilities.
- Fully furnished common areas, modern kitchens, and in-unit laundry facilities.
- Reliable transportation to ensure veterans can attend medical appointments, employment interviews, and essential programs such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Celebrate Recovery.
Housing Our Heroes
Housing Our Heroes is our residential assisted living program that provides veterans with a safe and supportive environment. Designed to meet the unique needs of those who require additional care, this program offers:- Comfortable, ADA-compliant housing with private or semi-private rooms.
- 24/7 professional caregiving and support.
- Assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Three nutritious meals and two snacks daily, all dietitian-approved to meet residents’ dietary needs.
- Reliable transportation to help veterans attend shopping trips, medical appointments, and community activities.
- Social and recreational programs tailored to veterans.
Property Care Program
Our Property Care Program ensures that every home we manage is safe, clean, and fully functional. Through this program, we provide:- Reliable repair services for both scheduled maintenance and urgent issues.
- Proactive pest management and consistent upkeep to ensure a healthy living environment.
- Assurance that all housing meets the highest standards of local, state, and federal regulations.
Veteran Support Services
We partner with local organizations and the VA to connect veterans with:- Job training programs.
- Mental health counseling.
- Financial literacy and life skills workshops.
